**This error occurs when the path for storing mark sheet is not set.


      


 Steps to eliminate this error are as follows:

  • Go to settings menu and click on software settings.


        


  • Click on the "Get Path" button (ahead of "Report Path" option) and select the folder where you want to store your reports (Recommended use the ‘REPORTS’ folder, Path: "VKSOFT/DATABASE/REPORTS")
  • Click on the "Get Path" button (ahead of "Backup Path" option) and select the folder where you want to store the backup of your reports (Recommended use the ‘BACKUP’ folder, Path: “VKSOFT/BACKUP").
