Activation - This option is used to Activate/Deactivate Shift, Class, Stream & section


Follow the below mentioned steps to Set Default Session - 

Steps-

  • Click on Admin Module.
  • Select Activation option.

  • Select current Session 
  • Click on Ok button to set the default session


Follow the below mentioned steps to Activate/Deactivate Shift - 


Steps-

  • Select Shift ( General, English Medium & Hindi Medium).
  • Click on the Active option to activate the selected shift.
  • You can also set Start Time & End Time of shift by double-clicking on the particular column. 
  • Click on Save button to activate the shift(s)


Follow the below mentioned steps to Activate/Deactivate Class - 


Steps-

  • Select Shift
  • All classes will display below
  • Click on the Active option to activate any class
  • If you want to activate all classes click on All option
  • Click on Save button to activate the selected classes


Follow the below mentioned steps to Activate/Deactivate Stream - 


Steps-

  • Select Shift
  • Classes 9th - 12th have Streams
  • Click on the Active option to activate any class
  • If you want to activate all classes click on All option
  • Select Class ( 9, 10, 11 & 12 classes have streams)
  • Select Stream according to different classes
  • Click on the Active option to activate the selected stream
  • To activate all streams click on All option
  • Click on Save button to activate the selected streams


Follow the below mentioned steps to Activate/Deactivate Section - 


Steps-

  • Select Shift
  • Select Class & Stream
  • All the available Sections for that class will be listed below
  • Click on the Active option to activate sections for the selected class
  • To activate all section click on All option
  • Click on Save button to activate the selected sections
