Deletion Report - This Option is Used for Restoring/Permanently Deleting records.
Follow the below mentioned steps to restore previously deleted records -
Steps-
- Click on Admin Module
- Select Deletion Report option
- Select the name of the module in Select Deletion Section from which the data was being deleted
- Click on View Button
- Select record which you want to restore
- Click on Restore button
- Your record will successfully be Restored
Follow the below mentioned steps to Permanently Delete previously deleted records -
Steps-
- Select the name of the module in Select Deletion Section from which the data was being deleted
- Click on View Button
- Select record which you want to restore
- Click on Delete Permanent button to permanently delete the record(s)
- Add your reason to delete this record
- Press the OK button to permanently delete the record(s)
Note: Records that are Permanently Deleted, cannot be further recovered by any means
