Deletion Report - This Option is Used for Restoring/Permanently Deleting records.


Follow the below mentioned steps to restore previously deleted records - 

Steps-

  • Click on Admin Module
  • Select Deletion Report option
  • Select the name of the module in Select Deletion Section from which the data was being deleted
  • Click on View Button
  • Select record which you want to restore
  • Click on Restore button
  • Your record will successfully be Restored

Follow the below mentioned steps to Permanently Delete previously deleted records - 


Steps-

  • Select the name of the module in Select Deletion Section from which the data was being deleted
  • Click on View Button
  • Select record which you want to restore
  • Click on Delete Permanent button to permanently delete the record(s)
  • Add your reason to delete this record 
  • Press the OK button to permanently delete the record(s)


Note: Records that are Permanently Deleted, cannot be further recovered by any means
